On a quick day trip down to Miami, I was lucky enough to come across the work of Gisela McDaniel while walking through the Pérez Art Museum. Her work on display sent me on a deep dive of her previous pieces. I'm definitely keeping track of any future work and shows. The details in the work are truly captivating.
